Founding Director of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Astrophysics Research Center and Ulupınar Observatory, who served our University as Vice Rector and in different administrative positions, retired faculty member of the Department of Space Sciences and Technologies of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Dr. Osman DEMİRCAN has passed away.
